JOSE MARGARITO GERARDO C. GEPUELA

JOSE MARGARITO GERARDO C. GEPUELA is a lawyer with a strong academic background and a passion for community service. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (Pre-divinity track) from Ateneo de Manila University in 2009 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College (now San Beda University), College of Law-Mendiola in 2016.
During his time at San Beda, Mr. Gepuela demonstrated leadership and commitment through his active involvement in the Law Student Government, serving as Auditor and later as President. His academic excellence earned him a place on the Dean's List. He also participated in various organizations, including the athletics organization (where he captained the football team), the Law Environmental organization, and the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau. As a Legal Intern, he provided free legal consultations for indigents and participated in seminars for Lupons in the provinces.
After gaining experience at Tan Concepcion and Que, where he honed his skills in legal research, litigation, and special projects, Mr. Gepuela transitioned to solo practice in 2022. This shift allows him to dedicate more time to his family while pursuing his passion for law. He is currently a consultant for Leads Agricultural Products Corporation, one of the top agricultural corporations in the Philippines, along with its subsidiaries specializing in real estate development, agricultural innovations, farm products and machines, seed cultivation, government partnerships and other services, with his practice focusing on corporate and land matters. He continues to provide consultancy services to Tan Concepcion & Que.
KARLA MARI R. CORPUZ

KARLA MARI R. CORPUZ is a lawyer with a diverse legal background and a commitment to serving her community. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines – Los Baños in 2010 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda University in 2016.
During her time at San Beda, Karla was actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including the San Beda Student Ministry, the Centralized Bar Operations, and Moot Court competitions. She also participated in marathons, parades, and courtroom observations throughout her stay, demonstrating her well-rounded interests and commitment to personal growth.
After passing the Bar in 2017, Karla gained valuable experience at Tan Concepcion & Que, where she honed her skills in legal research, litigation, corporate secretaryship, and special projects. She continues to be a valued consultant for the firm, providing expertise on matters that arise in her hometown and current location, Iligan City, or nearby areas.
In 2020, Karla joined Zaragoza Macabangkit & Associates (reorganized as Zaragoza Corpuz Zaragoza in 2022), a prominent Iligan City law firm dedicated to serving the public, including pro bono work. There, she currently handles various cases, specializing in corporate and litigation, with two junior associates under her supervision.
Karla's dedication to her legal career and her community make her a valuable asset both in Iligan City and as a consultant to Tan Concepcion & Que.
