Tax Advisory and Planning

We offer expertise on tax planning, counseling and consultancy, particularly on the new provisions of the Comprehensive Tax Reform Program (CTRP) embodied in the Tax Reform Act of 1997 (R.A. 8424) and Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law (R.A. 10963) with the corresponding implementing rules and regulations, as well as tax treaty reliefs for pertinent foreign investors.  Our Firm also handles all tax filings and compliance for all corporate and other business activities.

 

We render legal assistance and counseling on estate planning.  We provide advice and consultancy on taxes imposed by local governments under the Local Government Code and pertinent tax laws. Our Firm provided tax advice and consultancy services to a government owned and controlled corporation in connection with one of its infrastructure projects funded through an ODA loan.
