We provide advisory, documentation, regulatory compliance, protection and enforcement services in the areas of copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and designs as well as the newly emerging intellectual property area of information technology and the Internet and telecommunications.  We also undertake legal services in relation to licensing, franchising, technology transfers, joint ventures and acquisitions on intellectual property and technology. We have previously been engaged to conduct studies and consultancy on energy development.
